We can deliver to any of the coloured postcode areas shown above within the maximum timescales shown (our delivery times are very often much less but if your delivery is time critical please let us know before you order).
It generally takes two people to lift our fireplaces safely so please ensure you have someone suitable available to assist the driver offloading the fireplace from his van on your delivery day.

If you don't live within our delivery area ad would like to send in your own carrier we would be happy to oblige. Please contact us if this is the case ad we can provide you with package numbers, dimensions and weights if your carrier requests them (not all carriers need this information). We don't provide a palleting service and all items are bubble wrapped. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance with your carrier as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in transit if you use your own carrier.
