Important

Deliveries are normally made by one person.  We use a furniture dolly wherever possible to move fireplaces safely into position.  Please ensure somebody is available to assist with unloading on arrival.  Delivery is to a ground floor room only.

​Collections are by appointment only.  We'll ensure your fireplace is prepared and ready before you arrive.

Choose to have your fireplace personally delivered throughout our published delivery area, or collect it from our Dorset workshop by appointment. Simply select your preferred option during checkout.

£99 Flat-Rate Delivery

Delivery is just £99 anywhere within our delivery area regardless of distance.

Personally Delivered by Grate Finds

Every fireplace is transported in our own vehicle rather than being sent by pallet courier.

Collection from Our Dorset Workshop

If you prefer, you're welcome to collect your fireplace from our Dorset workshop.  Collection is by appointment only to ensure your fireplace is prepared and ready for you.  Simply select Collection during checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time.

Maximum 14 Day Delivery

Most fireplaces arrive sooner, but please allow up to 14 days.

Agreed Delivery Time

We'll agree a convenient delivery day and a one or two hour delivery window with you in advance, so you won't need to wait in all day.

Once we've completed our previous delivery and are on the way to you, we'll send a live Waze tracking link so you can see exactly where the van is and when it's expected to arrive.
