Original Victorian Gothic Cast Iron Fireplace with Mirrored Overmantel
This is an original Victorian Gothic cast iron fireplace with a mirrored overmantel, original decorative tiles and strong period detail.
The tall mirrored upper section gives the fireplace far more presence than a standard cast iron insert, making it a striking focal point for a Victorian interior, period renovation or character property. The blue decorative tiles add colour and pattern, while the Gothic cast detail gives the fireplace a distinctive late Victorian look.
Restored in our Dorset workshop, this is a substantial original fireplace with strong architectural character.
