Victorian Style Smooth Arched Cast Iron Fireplace with Painted Surround
This is a Victorian style smooth arched cast iron fireplace paired with a painted wooden surround.
The cast iron insert has a plain arched backplate and a simple, clean fire opening, giving it a softer look than more heavily decorative Victorian style inserts.
The painted surround has fluted side columns and a shaped central panel, making the full fireplace suitable for a lounge, dining room, cottage or period-style room.
Restored in our Dorset workshop, the fireplace is supplied complete with its fret, grate, damper, ashpan cover and painted surround.
