Victorian Style Arched Cast Iron Fireplace Insert
This is a Victorian style arched cast iron fireplace insert with a decorative raised border running around the fire opening.
The 93 cm square backplate gives it strong, balanced proportions, while the repeating cast detail around the arch adds traditional period character. The black finish keeps the appearance clean and classic, making it suitable for a period home, cottage or restoration project where an arched cast iron insert is required.
Restored in our Dorset workshop, the fireplace is supplied complete with its fret, grate, cast iron fireback, ashpan cover and damper.
